The project’s scope encompasses a multifaceted approach to enhance nutrition and agricultural practices through a series of interconnected activities across 100 local governments of 34 districts of five provinces of hilly region of the country. This includes conducting nutritional assessments of local produce and developing accessible information materials, delivering comprehensive Farmer Nutrition School (FNS) training programs for agricultural technicians, resource farmers, and farmer groups, distributing essential agricultural inputs like seeds and livestock to improve dietary diversity, facilitating market linkages between farmers and local institutions such as schools, providing ongoing follow-up coaching and support to ensure the sustained adoption of improved practices, and actively engaging stakeholders through regular communication and feedback mechanisms to ensure project relevance and sustainability.
