Professional Bio: Ms. Pratistha Bhandari is the Managing Director of Formation Carpets, a rug manufacturing and exporting company established in 1990, promoting women’s empowerment and ethical labor practices with no tolerance for child labor. She also serves as an Advisor for Hoste Hainse, a non-profit organization focused on sustainable community development through education in rural Nepal. Pratistha has extensive experience in IT consulting, having worked as a Services Consultant for Digital Harbor/Norkom Technologies and as a Database Consultant for GMAC-RFC, specializing in financial crime software and database management. She holds a B.S. in Business Computer Information Systems from St. Cloud State University.
